Terms for salon owners and staff using TrimeZone — dashboard, staff portal, subscriptions, bookings, and queue management.
1. Acceptance
By registering a salon, creating an owner/staff account, or using the TrimeZone business platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you register on behalf of a salon, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
2. Platform Services
Owner dashboard
- Salon profile, services, photos, and open status
- Live queue and booking management
- Walk-in customer entry
- Staff invites, roles, and permissions
- Customer visit history and soft-remove from lists
- Notifications and booking alert sounds
- Subscription plans and feature access
- Analytics and earnings (plan permitting)
Staff portal
- Floor queue for assigned stylist
- Accept or cancel online booking requests (when permitted)
- Walk-ins, assign/reassign bookings, edit queue details
- Customer lookup for today's shift
Customer app integration
- Your salon may appear in the Trimezone customer app when live and approved
- Customers can book online and track queue status
3. Account Registration
- Provide accurate salon and contact information
- Verify mobile numbers via OTP when required
- Maintain secure passwords for owner and staff accounts
- Ensure staff only receive permissions appropriate to their role
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Features such as advanced analytics, booking limits, and staff seats may depend on your subscription plan.
Free trials or promotional access may be offered with defined duration and limits.
Fees, renewal dates, and plan changes are shown in the subscription area of the dashboard.
Failure to maintain an active subscription may restrict features while preserving core access as described in-product.
5. Salon Responsibilities
- Deliver services professionally and honor bookings you accept
- Keep service prices, hours, and availability reasonably accurate
- Protect customer information obtained through the platform
- Comply with applicable local laws (licensing, tax, consumer protection)
- Do not use the platform for fraud, harassment, or illegal activity
6. Bookings, Queue & Cancellations
You control accept/reject, queue order, defer/hold, and completion of bookings in your salon.
Online booking requests may route to owner or designated staff based on permissions.
Cancellation policies should be applied fairly; platform rules may auto-expire stale pending requests.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Share login credentials improperly or bypass access controls
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the platform
- Upload unlawful, misleading, or infringing content
- Misrepresent salon identity or services
8. Intellectual Property
TrimeZone software, branding, and documentation are owned by us or licensors.
You retain rights to your salon content (photos, descriptions) and grant us a license to display it to customers on the platform.
9. Disclaimer & Liability
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available".
We are not responsible for disputes between salons and customers except as required by law.
Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, non-payment, abuse, or legal requirements.
You may stop using the service at any time; some records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised Last updated date.
