1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Trimezone app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. About the Service

Trimezone helps customers discover salons, view services, join queues, and manage bookings.

TrimeZone also provides separate owner web and staff tools; this agreement applies to the customer app only.

Salons are independent businesses responsible for services, pricing, staff, and quality.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old
• Provide accurate information and verify your mobile with OTP
• Keep your password confidential
• Accept Terms & Privacy Policy during signup

5. Bookings & Salon Operations

Booking details are shared with the selected salon.

Salons may accept, reject, reschedule, or cancel according to their operations.

TrimeZone does not guarantee acceptance or a specific wait time.

6. Cancellations & Restrictions

• Cancel using in-app options when permitted by booking status and salon rules
• If you repeatedly book and cancel appointments in a short period (misuse of the booking or queue system), your account may be temporarily blocked from placing new bookings for approximately 4–5 hours. The block is applied automatically and lifts after this period unless further misuse occurs.
• Repeated no-shows or other misuse may lead to additional restrictions or account action
• Salon service fees are determined by the salon unless stated in the app

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the app, provide false information, harass others, or attempt unauthorized access.

8. Notifications

You may receive push and SMS (OTP) communications. Carrier charges may apply for SMS.

9. Intellectual Property

The Trimezone app and TrimeZone branding are owned by us or our licensors.

10. Disclaimer & Liability

The app is provided "as is". We are not liable for salon service quality, delays, or third-party actions to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
